AFM Safecoat MetalCoat Acrylic Metal Primer is an outstanding thermoplastic acrylic emulsion primer fortified with rust inhibiting pigments. It can be used on interior and exterior metal surfaces such as galvanized and masonry, steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metal. Safecoat MetalCoat Acrylic Metal Primer has very low odor and zero VOC, making it one of the least toxic metal primers available, formulated without the heavy metals and other hazardous ingredients commonly used. Provides a tough, flexible film, producing outstanding corrosion resistance and excellent adhesion. It is suitable as a finish in a three primer coat application. May be recoated with a variety of other finishes, and is an excellent foundation for Safecoat paints.
